I walked in and they threw a menu at my 2 year old son then when we sat down my butt got stuck to the booth because it was sticky and then I ordered waters but they gave us all huge drinks and they were alcoholic my son couldnt drink it the next day my son died of patriotic cancer I am never attended this restaurant ever again am deeply disappointed might sue

Food was over cook shell was gummy and hard to open no meat was in snow crabs I order a crab daddy and I didnt get the full entrée server one very disrespectful I tip ahead of time and she never came back with water or anything food wasnt season no garlic butter and the drink was water down I had a very bad experience overall.

The hostess was a little rude. Our server was awesome, she was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. The food was horrible, my husband's food was cold and overcooked. We paid $95.69 with tip and $5 parking fee for horrible food and a messed up stomach for both me and my husband.

Kids meal was limited to pizza and half burger no ice cream for kids meal. Garlic bread cold and very hard no lemon for fish and pasta was cold and the shrimp was not cooked all the way and some were really rubbery to chew through and soft drinks were limited to coke products only no lemonade drinks and only sertain alcohol drinks as well the server did great so we did leave a $25.00 tip for him in cash. We waited 4hours to be seated and was definitely disappointed with the food and drinks water tasted like if it was poured from the faucet and had a bad taste and I paid $120.89 just to be seated because mine and my wife plates were not eaten and my granddaughter hamburger was a half patty in a bun and the server took it back to the kitchen and he back and said it is the way the kids meal is made with a patty cut in half not good the apitizer that we ordered only came with a few chips for the crab dip and calamari was basically the batter because it had no calamari in it and the 3 cheese balls were cold

First we were seated at a dirty table with bird *** on it. It also had not been cleaned yet. One of the main reasons we went to this restaurant is that we like it and usually go to them whenever we can have not visited this one in a while. the waiter who took our order did not clean up the table not even when he brought out the shrimp cocktails . My husband ordered a large bowl of soup he was given a tiny one we ordered two shrimp samplers after waiting a long time we were brought out one he then brought out another tiny bowl of soup for my husband to make up for the large bowl that he had ordered made no sense. They finally brought out another shrimp sampler after my husband had finished his giving me a few pieces. We then ordered a cake I wanted them to sing happy birthday but they said they no longer did that.??? Ive never heard of a restaurant not being able to sing happy birthday??? In fact one of the reasons I chose this restaurant was to kinda make a joke of it with my husband because we used to always go there with my daughter and have a run around and do crazy things that was half the fun of going to Joes Crab Shack. Also halfway between the meal the very poor waiter took a break and gave us two another waiter she wasnt much better. None of them cleaned off the table. Even though it was obvious that I asked for an extra napkins so I could cover the bird *** I did not wanna make a big thing about it because it was my husbands birthday and he had chosen this place. I would really appreciate some compensation. I would like to take him to a different Joes crab shack or I would like and I would like to know that this one will have people report it and correct it because this is one of the Joes crab shacks we like to go to because of the concerts that they have close to it I would never want to have this experience again. And until I hear from you I will tell this experience to my friends and we will choose elsewhere to dine. I appreciate your attention to this matter. Thank you

Horrible management on kemp boardwalk

We were on vacation and went in about 8:00 pm July 17 there was 11 of us and they sat us outside on a big top we were there for 25 min and nobody even acknowledged us, and there were other waitresses waiting on other tables beside us. I got up went and asked for a manager and told her and said oh yeah will try to get someone like I was wasting her time, Never apologize or offer us any kind of discount and then I went back and still waited another 10 min and we finally left!!! Worse management ever and customer service! We live in Burleson and goes to ft.worth and they are great I would not recommend this place to anyone !!

If I could give less than 1-star on this I would. We arrived at your location at Station Square in Pittsburgh, PA yesterday afternoon at approximately 5pm.

We were immediately taken to a booth at the back of the restaurant and I politely asked the hostess if we might have a booth closer to the front windows at the view is pretty nice but we didn't want to sit outside. She acted like this was a huge deal and instead of taking the menus off the offered table she was like "sit wherever you want" and walked away.

We took our menus to a table where we felt we would have an enjoyable time and ... WE WAITED ... literally sat there for 30 minutes with servers flying by every few minutes and not one approached us and asked if we wanted water or anything while we waited for our orders to be taken.

Never in my life have I EVER sat at a table for this length of time and not been approached by a server, manager, busser or other employee.

Whenever I come to a JCS I usually drop nearly $200.00 and I tip the server accordingly (at least 20%) ...

I doubt I will be returning to this location any time soon and I will be letting friends who frequent this location know about the manner in which patrons are acted towards. I highly suggest someone from corporate talk to management at this location about customer service and general attitude towards customers.

First and last time we will eat at Joes Crab Shack in Sandy, UT. Seated for 20 minutes before any one approached about drinks or appetizer, Took our order 5 minutes later. My order of whole order of shrimp was overcooked rubbery couldn't cut or chew, replacement order came the same way I had a platter with the 3 shrimp dishes prepared differently, Someone needs to teach how to not overcook shrimp. My husband's order of crab and lobster pot was cold in the middle of the meaty areas, undercooked!

Absolutely the worst service!! Extremely poor quality of food, like it all came out of a frozen bag,, server never followed up or refilled drinks ( we would have gladly paid). Not a busy night, first person was done eating by the time the last one was served, waiter never followed up, or hostess stopped by. We were a table of 20. Drinks slow to arrive. Extremely slow to bus the table. Should not have tipped a dollar, but I was very generous Your commercials are great! Much better quality at long John silvers for a fraction of the price!!!! My opinion, this is 100% managements lack of training and supervision and interaction with customers Aurora location in Denver I had high expectations and this wasnt even minimal!!!

The worst service I have ever received. We were given a table that was not cleaned yet and also had bird *** on it.

The restaurant was not that crowded at the time. We ordered shrimp cocktails when they brought them out I asked for extra napkins to cover the bird poo I did not say anything because it was my husbands birthday and he had chosen this place. He ordered a big bowl of the soup clam chowder because he likes it there, he was brought out a tiny little dish. The waiter later brought out another tiny dish To make up for the bowl Really did not make much sense we also ordered two of your shrimp samplers but only received one we asked for the second one it again took a long time to bring it.

when it did come out my husband had already finished his. It was cold . I then asked do you sing a happy birthday? A thing for him and for cake to be served.

they told me they dont do that I dont understand Ive never heard of a restaurant that wont sing happy birthday? Especially being that we were outdoors they used to have a very big deal that they put on here with birthdays I know I used to bring my daughter all the time and I thought it would be fun for my husband to have to do it also. Was quite disappointed. Ended up packing up my meal quickly and leaving.

Also halfway between the meal the waiter took a break and we had another waiter that was not any better. Possibly they were all in training I hope they have been trained better now as I will not recommend this place to any of my friends and we all attend concerts that are put on across the street by the San Diego Symphony.

I will not return until I know that this place has been corrected and I would appreciate a full refund to use another Joes Crab Shack. To replace a very bad unpleasant experience my husband and I had.

Having a dinner with mom and sister. It was our last night in Galveston. Everything started off great. It was not busy. However they pushed 4 to 5 big picnic tables together seated adults and mostly kids 26 total. It all went down hill. We could not hear. I swilled my food whole. Too loud to enjoy our 100.00 meal. No manager ever came by. Our waitress was great but she knew. Others got up after being seated. And moved. We couldnt. Our food was coming out. There was a big empty room behind them where they should have been seated so they didnt disrupt the area we were in. I tried calling asking for a manager. Left on hold. Never came to the phone. I think this was bad management to do this to the other three tables sitting right by the table of 26 very loud group. They should have paid our tab for ruining our last meal there. I did not even get desert.

Can I get a refund or a gift card to try again

We ate at Jose crab shack in Daytona Beach Florida and we had the worst service ever.. our appetizer took 25 mins to get to our table, peel and eat shrimp. Then I ordered crab legs and they were so over cooked and luke warm. They cooked the flavor out of the crab legs. My husbands fried seafood platter was so over fried it was rubbery. It took us 20 mins to get a beer. I paid 90 dollars for 2 of us to eat and the food was cold, over cooked. I just feel something needs to be done for as much money that I spent and was not happy.
